Our Vision:

A smartphone displaying the phrase 'PUT IN THE WORK' in bold black letters, a cup of coffee, a pen, a notebook, and a wooden desk surface.

We envision a world where Mondays don’t suck.

Our Mantra

That’s right - in true People Revolution fashion, we’ve kicked “Company Values” to the curb.

We believe values shouldn’t be define by an organization for the people… they should be personal, allowing space in our organization for each individual to live truly authentically. Our culture is grounded in deep respect, understanding and appreciation of each person’s unique values.

Instead, we have an organizational mantra - a single, defining statement that is the North Star for our culture.

Be the change.

We believe the future is about embracing and ushering forward radical change, and we take that belief to heart. Through our daily actions and behaviors, we demonstrate a relentless commitment to creating a world that is so much better than most can imagine. Workplaces and lives that are filled with joy, innovation, accountability, simplicity, generosity, service, courage, connection. A world where people want to be and feel inspired to learn, grow and evolve… both personally and professionally.

A world where Mondays don’t suck, but are celebrated.

We expect and hold our team accountable to Being the Change we want to see in the world because we think that’s what matters most to our organization’s future… and to the world as a whole.

Our Leadership Team

Meet Leah

A woman with wavy brown hair, smiling, sitting on a wooden staircase with black and white banister, wearing a plaid coat, blue jeans, and Nike sneakers.

Founder & CEO

Leah is a psychologist, by training, but spent almost a decade in various HR roles at Target Corporation, before focusing her career on start-ups and scale-ups in innovative, high-growth industries as their CHRO, including time as the Head of HR at the Minnesota Wild. Now, she is the founder of A People Revolution, helping organizations and leaders thrive in the future of work. She appeals to the non-believers, the nay-sayers, the skeptics. Her strategies are grounded in logic, truth and practical application. Her approach isn’t fluffy or ambiguous. It’s simple, clear, backed by science, and filled with her own experience and truths. She is changing how leaders and organizations think about delivering results… and is on a mission to create a world where Mondays don’t suck.

Meet Emily

A woman with curly brown hair and blue eyes sitting on wooden stairs, smiling at the camera, wearing a bright blue blouse and blue jeans.

Emily brings clarity, warmth, and a no-nonsense approach to helping leaders and women grow. She has a rare ability to see what’s really happening inside teams, cultures, and lives, name it with honesty, and guide individuals toward simple, human solutions that actually work.

Her superpower is blending grounded strategy with genuine connection. Emily creates environments where people feel seen, supported, and challenged to lead with more intention and less performance — the kind of leadership that transforms organizations from the inside out.
