Over the last 20 years, I’ve been on a journey to understand my place as a woman in the world of work. After years of coaching, developing, leading, listening, learning, and mentoring... I found myself still searching.
I had achieved the title, the position, the recognition, the results I had always desired... and I still felt like a square peg in a round hole. How could that be?
So - I began a research project that has amassed hundreds of data points through individual and group conversations, as well as surveys.
