How it all began.

Over the last 20 years, I’ve been on a journey to understand my place as a woman and an innovator in the world of work. After years of coaching, developing, leading, listening, learning, and mentoring... I found myself still searching.

I had achieved the title, the position, the recognition, the results I had always desired... and I still felt like a square peg in a round hole. How could that be?

So - I began a research project that has amassed hundreds of data points through individual and group conversations, as well as surveys.

The data is clear - the world of work needs a different type of leader... and those leaders need a different type of development experience to be effective.

Yeah, but how much…. really?

A good rule of thumb is to be willing to pay ~$25 per employee, per month on an annualized basis for our integrated strategic services (discounts increase as employee count grows).
