Our Support Model

Intake

We spend time (typically on-site) with you because we want to KNOW you and understand what’s special about your organization. We believe this is a critical first step in our ability to advocate for you with top talent.

Integrate

We use our proprietary onboarding process to guide you through the critical components of successful integration and provide you with a roadmap for the first year.

Additionally, we meet every 90 days with you and the new hire(s) to determine if there are any issues/support required to ensure a successful year 1.

Initiate

We do the hard work of getting everything ready to rock for you:

  • Interview Process Alignment

  • Ideal profile definition

Implement

And we’re off! We take the burden off of you and bring you the best candidates for your position(s). This includes:

  • Candidate screening

  • Interview scheduling & support

  • Offer guidance and negotiation

  • Turn-down conversations

Our Partnership Options

Retained Partnership

We are truly your “partners.” We operate as if a part of your team, in every sense. In additional to all the offerings under our support model, we also provide any and all Talent Acquisition help you need (including recommending/ developing strategies, employment brand, standardized interview processes, hiring manager training, dedicated recruiter(s), recommending technology solutions, and, eventually, helping you build out your own, internal Talent Acquisition Team, if needed).

For every position we partner on, you get access to our entire support model offerings - through Year 1. We are interested in truly being your partners and are invested in your long-term success.

Not sure which is best for you? Here is some sample guidelines based on our experience:

Retained Partnership pricing is an annual fee, based on organization size, with unlimited hires:

  • <100 Employees: $30,000 annually

  • 101-500 Employees: $25 per employee per month (PEPM)

  • >500 Employees: $20 PEPM

Contract Partnership

If you’re an organization that hire's frequently (4+/year), it’s most cost effective to use our Retained Partnership (All Vice President+ positions are considered Executive and are an extra fee).

Executive Partnership

Access to our entire support model offerings, with the potential to add on assessments (partnering with an external vendor we love) and Year 1 Integrated Coaching from A People Revolution.

If you’re an organization that hires sporadically or unpredictably, it’s usually most cost effective to use our Contract Partnership.


Pricing

We hate when we go to a website and we have to have a meeting to be “sold” on a product that isn’t in our price range, so we skip that step. We aren’t focused on “selling,” we’re focused on delivering value to you, so our pricing will always be transparent and flexible (meet your organization where you’re at).

Contract Partnership pricing is based on the new hire’s first year, total cash compensation package:

  • 30% of new hire’s first year, total cash compensation

    • 15% paid up front (based on estimated total cash compensation package)

    • 5% at 6 months retention

    • 10% at 1 year retention

Executive Partnership pricing is based on the new hire’s first year, total cash compensation package:

  • 30% of new hire’s first year, total cash compensation

    • 15% paid up front (based on estimated total cash compensation package)

    • 5% at 6 months retention

    • 10% at 1 year retention

Pricing for Assessments + Integrated Coaching can be provided separately, if you’re interested
